Dria Dore is a stripper and a world class burlesque dancer. She lays it bare, taking us for a couple turns around the stripper pole. As a Black woman who refuses to countenance being boxed in, Dria has developed some hard-earned wisdom about the intersectionality of race, gender, and respectability politics.
